Identifying SBEs, WBEs, & MBEs to Provide Services at Our Job Sites

As an Equal Opportunity Employer, JINGOLI is committed to obtaining contracts with qualified Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE) and Small Business Enterprises (SBE), who in most cases are local to their construction sites.

JINGOLI works closely with state programs, community organizations, faith leaders and the building trades to identify and connect with subcontractors and suppliers in a variety of categories.

In many cases these local small, women or minority contractors do not have the capabilities to handle the entirety of requirements on the job sites, so they often break down larger sections of work into smaller components that still allow them to be included. If needed, they assist these contractors in the areas of estimating, scheduling, bonding, staffing and the processing of paperwork to promote their success.

JINGOLI also encourages subcontractors to solicit the services from these smaller contractors, and request they obtain bids and products from these entities. By using local suppliers and subcontractors, more money stays in the community and projects are much better received.

JINGOLI hires subcontractors who supply the following services and more:
